DC-3 Welding Certification JOB DESCRIPTION **Induction Coil Assembler (Technical Assembler, Welder, Machine and Tool Operator)** **Job Description** We are seeking a **Technical Assembler and Welder**, responsible for performing activities within the coil manufacturing process, ensuring quality, precision, and compliance with technical specifications. **Location:**Carretera Libre a Celaya, Corregidora, Querétaro. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble coils using the following processes: * Soldering (tin and silver) * Machining and grinding of parts * Perform component cleaning via sand\-blast (where applicable) * Apply paint using spray gun and manually * Interpret technical drawings and verify materials prior to manufacturing * Use measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.) * Ensure compliance with quality and production standards * Implement the **5S methodology** and monitor operational indicators REQUIREMENTS * Education: Technical Degree * Experience in **Silver and Tin Soldering** (copper, bronze, brass) * Experience operating **Lathe, Milling Machine, and Surface Grinder** * Measuring instruments (**Vernier Caliper, Micrometer**, etc.) * Experience in **Painting and Sand\-blast** processes * **DC\-3 Welding Certification**
