**At LINMEX Group**, we are looking for a highly proactive **Web Designer** with a **strategic focus** to design, create, and optimize functional and aesthetically appealing digital experiences for the company’s websites, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand identity, and best practices in user experience, accessibility, and performance. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Multimedia Communication, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Desired courses or certifications: UX/UI, Technical SEO, HTML/CSS, responsive web design. * Proficiency in web design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts (not mandatory but desirable). * Experience with CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, or similar). * Web speed optimization (Core Web Vitals). * Technical SEO: website structure, meta tags, sitemap, indexing. * Integration with tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console. * Creation of wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs. * Ability to analyze web metrics. **What will you do?** * Design and update web pages, landing pages, and microsites aligned with commercial and marketing campaigns. * Implement responsive designs to ensure an optimal experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop. * Optimize the visual and functional structure of websites to improve conversion (UX/UI). * Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to integrate web assets with paid and organic campaigns. * Ensure all developments comply with technical SEO and user experience best practices. * Manage the institutional CMS, guaranteeing timely content updates. * Work with the IT team to implement technical improvements and resolve incidents. * Create functional prototypes, wireframes, and mockups for internal validation. * Monitor page performance (speed, errors, indexing, mobile experience). * Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all digital designs. * Document web design, update, and maintenance processes. **What will you get?** * Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. * Competitive salary. * Opportunities for continuous professional development and social responsibility initiatives. * Comprehensive health care programs. * Excellent work environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
