Continuous training and productivity improvement **Vacancy: Junior Project Designer** **Job Objective** To develop designs, drawings, 3D models, and quantity takeoffs that meet technical specifications and client requirements, ensuring quality, functionality, and on-time delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate with immediate supervisor to establish project schedules for assigned tasks and monitor their proper execution. * Develop architectural drawings, renderings, 3D models, sketches, and visual materials for internal presentations and client meetings. * Conduct building surveys and collect necessary technical information for project development. * Support initial material quantification, quotation preparation, and updating of the supplier database. * Research technical and regulatory concepts required for correct project execution. * Prepare daily, weekly, and biweekly progress reports, and support follow-up presentations. * Participate in training sessions, maintain workspace order, and collaborate on activities improving departmental quality and productivity. **Responsibilities** * Execute tasks accurately, with quality, and in strict adherence to technical and regulatory specifications. * Meet established delivery deadlines. * Ensure projects fulfill client needs and expectations. * Monitor execution of projects in which one participates. * Use company-assigned assets appropriately. * Maintain confidentiality of company, client, supplier, and employee information. * Comply with internal policies, labor regulations, and hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. * Proficiency in **Revit**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in **SketchUp**. * Experience in drawing preparation. * Basic knowledge of construction budgeting and volumetric quantification. * Goal-oriented work capability. * Punctuality and organizational skills. * Willingness to adhere to a **formal dress code**. * Openness to continuous feedback (weekly 1-on-1 follow-up\). * Adherence to internal policies, processes, and regulations. **Work Schedule and Benefits** * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Pay:** Biweekly. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. **Objective-Based Work Scheme** * Weekly and monthly objective-based work. * Upon achieving weekly objectives, employees are granted the opportunity to **work remotely on Saturdays**. * Upon achieving monthly objectives, employees **do not work on the first Saturday of the following month**. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
