




Job Summary: Control access points, register visitors, authorize personnel entries/exits, monitor facilities and security cameras, and report anomalies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage personnel and visitor entries and exits 2. Conduct security patrols and monitor surveillance cameras 3. Ensure compliance with security and control regulations Minimum Experience: 6 months Education: Secondary school. Control personnel, customers, suppliers, and visitor entries and exits. Maintain the visitor logbook, requesting identification documents and corresponding information. Promptly locate the appropriate person for visitor authorization. Record visitor entry and exit times. Grant access to company personnel after verifying they wear the proper uniform and identification. If an employee arrives late, obtain entry authorization from their immediate supervisor. At departure time, inspect company personnel to ensure no company-owned items are removed without authorization. Report any incidents or anomalies to the immediate supervisor. Verify that personnel leaving before scheduled departure time present the required authorization. Maintain vehicle access control records in the security logbook, noting who, when, and at what time a vehicle entered or exited. Conduct security patrols throughout company premises. Monitor security cameras promptly. At the end of each shift, verify that all machines, electrical equipment, and lights are turned off. Keep doors closed once all personnel have left.
