With operations across several regions of the country, we are opening the following position: **General Maintenance Supervisor:** Requirements: * Technical degree or engineering in: Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields * Experience: Minimum 2 years of facility maintenance experience * Experience leading technical teams and coordinating suppliers. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Coordinate and supervise maintenance technical staff and assistants. * Ensure continuous operation of systems: electrical, hydraulic and sanitary, electromechanical, and critical equipment (pumps, emergency power plants, special systems). * Supervise external supplier work and validate quality, timelines, and safety. * Maintain technical logs, work orders, and operational reports. * Identify technical risks and propose preventive actions. * Support major maintenance projects and improvements, coordinating with management. * Prepare periodic technical reports for Management. * Directly responsible for daily facility maintenance operations. * Technical authority over maintenance personnel. * Technical coordination with specialized suppliers.
