Job Summary: Supports the assembly and preparation of automotive electrical harnesses, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in cable identification and use of hand tools. 2. Assembles and builds electrical harnesses according to drawings and diagrams. 3. Maintains order and cleanliness, and complies with safety and hygiene standards. **Objective** Support the assembly, building, inspection, and preparation of automotive electrical harnesses, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and production timelines established by the company. **Experience and Knowledge** * Cable identification, including colors and gauges. **2 years** * Basic use of hand tools (pliers, cutters, crimping tools). **2 years** * Reading electrical diagrams or work instructions. **2 years** **Responsibilities** * Assemble and build electrical harnesses in accordance with drawings, diagrams, and production orders. * Identify, cut, strip, crimp, and route cables according to technical specifications. * Install terminals, connectors, sleeves, tapes, and protective components as specified in the harness design. * Verify electrical continuity and correct component connections within the harness. * Perform visual inspection of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Report deviations, defects, or anomalies detected during the production process. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area per the 5S methodology. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Support rework, packaging, and release of finished products. * Follow supervisor instructions and collaborate with the team to meet production goals. **Education** Junior high school, high school, or technical degree with certification *If interested, please send your* ***cv*** *directly to phone number 33 1096 1470* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,399\.00 \- $3,400\.00 per week Benefits: * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * Electrical connection installations? * Electrical diagram reading? * Harness assembly?
