Reporting to the **Process Engineering Manager**, the **Process Engineer** role will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and controlling electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, PTH, Integration), ensuring process stability, product quality, and operational efficiency. **What a typical day looks like:** * Develop, validate, and maintain SMT, PTH, and Integration processes. * Provide advanced technical support to production for process failure resolution. * Analyze process and quality data (SPC, failure trends, Pareto). * Lead improvement projects focused on Yield, Defects, and Scrap. * Implement and update PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions. * Actively participate in NPI, manufacturing transfers, and production ramp\-up. * Coordinate pilot runs, basic DOE, and process validations. * Optimize reflow profiles and wave/selective soldering processes. * Work with suppliers on materials, stencils, pallets, and fixtures. * Ensure compliance with ESD, IPC, and Safety standards. * Constant interaction with Production, Quality, and Suppliers for problem resolution and process improvement. **The experience and knowledge we are looking to add to our team:** * Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree completed. * Experience in electronic process engineering. * Experience in high\-volume and/or high\-mix SMT, PTH, and Integration lines. * Analysis and diagnosis of electronic defects, including SMT soldering defects. * Participation in NPI launches and manufacturing transfers. * Knowledge and application of PFMEA, Control Plan, and SPC. * Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools. * Knowledge of materials and processes: solder paste, flux, and stencil. * Constant interaction with Production, Quality, and Suppliers for problem resolution and process improvement. * Intermediate technical English. **What you will receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive salary. * Medical and life insurance. * Christmas bonus. * Food vouchers. * Savings fund.
