Job Summary: Manages and leads complex technology projects for the government sector, ensuring compliance with requirements, scope, budget, and schedule. Key Highlights: 1. Relationship management and regulatory compliance. **PROJECT MANAGER** **Job Objective:** Manage and lead the execution of complex technology projects for government-sector clients, ensuring that project requirements are met within the defined scope, budget, and schedule. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders and ensure compliance with government-sector-specific regulations and standards. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree / Engineering in Information Security, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Business Administration Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, Agile frameworks, general project management knowledge, and IT service process frameworks **Responsibilities:** **Project Planning:** * Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including schedules, milestones, and required resources. * Identify and manage project risks, as well as implement mitigation strategies. **Project Execution:** * Coordinate and supervise all project activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations. * Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and other stakeholders. * Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. **Relationship Management:** * Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government clients. * Facilitate project review meetings and provide periodic reports to stakeholders. * Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations through clear and effective communication. **Regulatory Compliance:** * Ensure all aspects of the project comply with applicable government regulations and standards. * Stay current on government-sector-specific requirements and standards. **Resource Management:** * Manage the allocation and utilization of project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget. * Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. **Delivery and Evaluation:** * Oversee delivery of products and services according to agreed quality standards. * Evaluate project performance and conduct post-implementation analysis to identify areas for improvement. **We Offer:** Direct employment by the company * Statutory benefits SGMM Life, dental, and vision insurance **Work Location:** Near Toreo **Work Modality:** Hybrid — 2 days in the office and the rest remote **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday We value diversity and firmly believe in equal opportunity for all.
