Job Summary: Die Casting Technical Operator to ensure correct operation, stability, and efficiency of the process, guaranteeing product quality and achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures optimal and efficient operation of the die casting process. 2. Performs parameter adjustments and mold changes to ensure product quality. 3. Contributes to scrap reduction and compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF standards. A technical operator who ensures correct operation, stability, and efficiency of the die casting process through technical control of parameters, machine setup, and product quality assurance, contributing to the achievement of production goals, efficiency, and scrap reduction under ISO 9001 and IATF standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate the die casting machine to ensure optimal performance. Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, injection speed, cycle time, and cooling time). Perform mold changes (set-up). Execute machine startup and release of first qualified part. Monitor scrap and efficiency indicators. Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality departments.
