Operations Supervisor. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and document operational, commercial, image, and service conditions at the gas stations under your supervision. * Ensure implementation of the action plan derived from Internal Audit and PROFECO evaluations. * Increase fuel and ancillary product sales. * Supervise the performance of gas station staff, promoting a service-oriented culture. * Identify training needs and channel them to Human Resources. * Prepare sales and incident reports; submit fuel shortage reports and competitor price analysis. * Monthly review and approval of gas station purchase requisitions, ensuring operational needs and allocated budget compliance. * Maintain constant communication with Operations Management and support departments to address critical issues at service stations. * Prepare and submit weekly payroll pre-lists to Human Resources every Monday; present weekly vacancy and coverage status reports per station.
