Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis and repair of KYOCERA printers, copiers, and multifunction devices, including user training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on printing equipment. 2. Diagnoses and repairs hardware and software failures in printers. 3. Trains users on the proper use of equipment. We are a company specializing in the sale, rental, and repair of KYOCERA printers and copiers. Location: Calle La Merced 703, Chapalita, 44500 Guadalajara, Jal. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Availability: Immediate Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. * Diagnose and repair hardware and software technical failures related to printing equipment. * Install, configure, and update drivers, networks, and associated software for the equipment. * Train users on the proper use of equipment. * Meet the company's established response times and service quality standards. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in printer or office equipment (Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Canon, etc.) maintenance and repair. * Knowledge of basic networking (network connection, network printing configuration). * **Education: Technician in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.** * **Valid driver's license (MANDATORY).** * **Must reside in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG)** Competencies: * Customer orientation. * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Organization and responsibility. * Ability to learn new technologies.
