Supporting the training and updating of security personnel **Job Description:** A private security company is seeking a Security Instructor / Trainer responsible for delivering training to operational personnel through theoretical and physical courses, as well as conducting service supervision to ensure personnel perform correctly. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an instructor or trainer. * Basic knowledge of self-defense. * Experience delivering theoretical and practical training. * Availability for service supervision. * Ability to manage groups and train personnel. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and physical training courses to operational personnel. * Evaluate personnel performance during training processes. * Conduct service supervision for follow-up and feedback to personnel. * Support training and updating processes for security personnel. **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$13,000 per month** * **Monthly commissions of $4,000 to $6,000** * Opportunities for career development within the company.
