Description Hello We are looking for a Tooling expert! Join our team as **Tooling Coordinator (Molds and Dies)** in the Automotive industry. We are seeking a strategic leader to manage the heart of our production: the Tool Room and Mold, stamping areas. (Essential):** * **Education:** Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** +5 years in the automotive industry. * **Expert Knowledge in:** * Progressive stamping dies (design, operation, and maintenance). * Mechanical forming processes. * Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP). * Root cause analysis. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (Advanced Level). * **Language:** Technical and conversational English (B1). * **Leadership:** Proven experience in personnel management, KPIs, and cost control.
