**Summary** Position Objective The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and controlling activities related to the production process, ensuring that quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. The goal is to maximize productivity and ensure that delivery deadlines are fulfilled. **Tasks and Responsibilities** Responsibilities: \- Supervise the production process to ensure compliance with quality, quantity, and time standards. \- Coordinate and supervise production personnel, ensuring task completion and fostering a productive work environment. \- Monitor and control inventory of materials and products, ensuring availability for the production process. \- Develop and coordinate production plans, ensuring necessary resources are available. \- Ensure production machinery and equipment are maintained in optimal condition and coordinate repairs when necessary. \- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the production area, promoting a safe working environment. \- Evaluate production performance using efficiency, quality, production time, and cost indicators, and implement corrective actions when necessary. \- Train operators and staff on equipment handling, processes, and safety procedures. **Education / Training** Requirements: \- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the production or manufacturing area. \- Experience leading work teams and managing production processes. \- Ability to lead work teams. \- Knowledge of production performance indicators (KPIs). \- Analytical and problem-solving skills. \- Knowledge of industrial safety regulations. Availability: \- Availability to work rotating shifts (if necessary). \- Willingness to travel if required.
