ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Installation, repair, maintenance, disassembly, and relocation of large and/or complex industrial equipment. * Servicing and repairing equipment and maintaining spare parts inventory. * Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). * Evaluating and recommending equipment improvements to enhance availability, capacity, and performance. * Conducting equipment failure analysis (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). * Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems. * Preparing technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * Experience in industrial maintenance. * Experience managing technical personnel. * Preparation of commercial technical proposals for engineering projects. * Experience with AutoCAD software. * Experience with MS Project software. * Experience with CAD/CAM software. * Experience performing maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, building, and primary service systems. * Proficiency in cutting and welding. * Proficiency in metrology, mechanical adjustments, motion and power transmission systems. * Knowledge of PLC automation, sensors, actuators, safety chains, and safety relays. * Intermediate-level knowledge of pneumatics. * Intermediate-level knowledge of hydraulics. * Knowledge of weighing equipment, scales, load cells, weight indicators, and scale calibration. * Knowledge of lubrication and automatic lubrication systems. * Knowledge of dust collector operation. * Knowledge of reading electrical control diagrams. * Use of appropriate tools for preventive and predictive assembly and adjustment tasks (e.g., calipers, belt gauges, hydraulic presses for bearing installation, bearing pullers, torque wrenches). * Implementation, continuous review, and enforcement of lockout/tagout procedures. * Teamwork; supervision of contractors and external vendors. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with ERP SAP software: maintenance transactions, expense control, and requisitions. * Operation of multifunctional equipment.
