




Position Objective: Provide professional support in document reception, phone calls, as well as general administrative assistance. Will be responsible for managing documents, following up on client appointments scheduling, and accompanying the team during key sessions. Main Responsibilities: * Courteous and efficient front desk service: visitors, phone calls, messaging, and access control. * Management and coordination of documentation to ensure proper follow-up in document flow. * Scheduling appointments with current and prospective clients, ensuring confirmations and follow-up. * Organization and physical/digital filing of confidential information. * Use of company's internal software for tracking (CRM). * Client follow-up and service process status monitoring. Required Profile: * Education: Technical degree or completed/partial bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, data entry, etc. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or executive. * Technical Skills: * Calendar management, email handling, telephone etiquette, and customer service. * Proficiency in office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, digital calendars (Google/Outlook). Key Skills: * Excellent presentation and customer service attitude. * Organized, punctual, and capable of managing priorities. * Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. * Strong writing and spelling skills.
