**TLE SALINAS IS HIRING: YARD SUPERVISOR** We are Grupo ATC, a leading company in the Logistics Transportation sector with national and international reach, providing our clients with the best service by safely transporting their cargo, supported by a first-class talent network. **OBJECTIVE:** Supervise and coordinate yard operators to ensure timely pickup or port entry of confirmed customer services. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 27 to 40 years * Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, in logistics or transportation companies * Knowledge of logistics * Personnel management * Proficiency in Office software * Experience managing operational staff * Basic to intermediate Excel skills **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Schedule and assign yard maneuvers to yard units for container pickup or delivery as requested by the client * Supervise and ensure yard operators have all required official documentation to prevent delays in daily pickups requested by the client * Distribute and assign yard operator tasks evenly, and submit weekly payroll to ensure correct operator payment * Supervise and maintain an updated container yard layout to maximize space utilization and improve inventory management * Report any incidents involving port units to initiate follow-up actions with the relevant authorities * Coordinate and schedule crane operator dispatches to support and ensure efficient movement of cargo handled by yard and road operators **SALARY: $4250 NET WEEKLY** **WE OFFER:** * Full IMSS registration * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * Vacation bonus * Profit sharing * INFONAVIT * Direct employment contract with the company * Opportunities for internal growth **WORK SCHEDULE:** * 2 DAYS ON DAY SHIFT: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM * 2 DAYS ON NIGHT SHIFT: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM * 2 DAYS OFF * (Some weeks require working a 5th day due to operations, paid as overtime) **For more information:** Send your CV via WhatsApp: 8116365146 \- LIC.
