Position Summary: We are seeking a Software and Implementation Manager to manage, configure, and support software tools in electoral projects. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements analysis and system support For the national Electoral Informatics project, we seek a SOFTWARE AND IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, Informatics, or a related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in this or similar positions * Programming * Database * Agile methodologies * Code documentation * Software implementation * Staff training * Support Main responsibilities: * Implement the software tools used for PREP management. * Ensure correct configuration of polling stations, political parties, electoral rolls, and approved polling places for PREP systems. * Generate data for simulation exercises. * Backup data generated during simulation exercises. * User management for the system. * Installation and administration of systems. * Systems requirements analysis. * Submit system requirements resulting from analysis to the Systems Management team. * Execute system checklists during simulation exercises and on election day.
