




**Functions** * Support in recruitment and selection of personnel (posting vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews). * Preparation of letters, forms, and other employment documents. * Tracking vacation and incident records. * Assistance in organizing events and team-building activities. * Responding to employee inquiries on basic employment topics. **Requirements** * **Active student or recent graduate** pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (recent graduates are acceptable) * **Intermediate or advanced English (REQUIRED)** * Minimum experience of 3\-6 months in a similar role.
