**Position: Process Technician (Electronic Industry)** **Location: Hofusan Park, Salinas Victoria, N.L.** We are seeking a **Process Technician** with experience in the electronic industry, responsible for ensuring the proper operation of production lines, product quality, and the stability of equipment and instruments used across various processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, analytical capability, and experience in repairing and diagnosing PCBA and electronic products. **Key Responsibilities** * Repair defective **PCBA boards** and finished products with faults. * Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing departments to resolve issues on production lines. * Calibrate, maintain, and adjust parameters of **instruments and equipment** used in processes. * Verify and confirm the **first piece** of each model daily to detect deviations and prevent quality risks. * Address and promptly follow up on **quality-related feedback** from involved departments. * Analyze failures by test station and track implementation of solutions to prevent recurrence. * Conduct daily inspections of instruments and equipment before each shift, ensuring functionality and performing adjustments according to actual test requirements. * Rapidly identify problems during inspections, perform necessary replacements, and notify relevant engineering personnel upon detecting failures. * Collect and analyze data on **new materials and components** during production trials, identifying root causes and overseeing subsequent integration. * Prepare technical reports on electrical and structural product failures, as well as **generate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)** when necessary. * Propose improvements oriented toward **product quality**. **Requirements:** * Associate degree in Electronics or related field. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * 1–2 years of prior experience in the **electronic industry**. * Experience in soldering, primarily using **hot-air guns** and **oscilloscopes**. * Solid knowledge of **electronic theory**, diagnostics, analysis, and troubleshooting of electronic and digital products. **Transportation routes to nearby areas:** Salinas Victoria, Ciénega de Flores, Hidalgo, Pilares, Valle Norte, Zuazua.
