




Job Summary: This role involves installing and maintaining fiber optic and wireless services, resolving customer issues, managing equipment, and providing client support and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and maintenance of FO/Wireless services. 2. Customer support for technical assistance and service changes. 3. Management of loaned equipment and technology upgrades. * Install FO/Wireless services; handle customer tickets (faults, service expansions/changes, equipment recovery). * Report port saturation or shortages to infrastructure team. * Remove or replace loaned equipment as instructed by work orders. * Reconfigure or reinstall WiFi extenders. * Instruct customers on network usage, equipment operation, and the customer app. * Execute technology upgrades. * Inform control tower of current activity status (installation, ticket). * Record technical closure (photos, power levels, equipment serial numbers). * Recover loaned equipment when indicated by the ticket (release port if FO-related). * Submit daily cash reports and work orders.
