Organizational Development Supervisor

At A\&T Group, we are seeking an Organizational Development Supervisor to coordinate and implement strategies focused on training, organizational culture, internal communication, talent development, and organizational strengthening. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Organizational Development, Training, or Human Capital areas. * Experience managing indicators, workplace climate, training, and employee follow-up. * Preferred experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. * Willingness to travel. * Flexible schedule availability. Key Responsibilities: * Supervision and follow-up of the annual training plan. * Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Coordination of courses, training sessions, and development programs. * Follow-up on onboarding and induction processes. * Implementation of organizational culture and climate strategies. * Coordination of internal communication and employee engagement programs. * Follow-up on performance evaluations and action plans. * Preparation and analysis of Human Resources indicators. * Development and implementation of talent retention initiatives. * Coordination of organizational events and staff integration activities. * Follow-up on occupational wellness programs. * Support in organizational change processes and continuous improvement. * Handling and follow-up on requests from operational and administrative staff. * Preparation of executive reports for management.
