PLIBRISA REFRACTARIOS IS LOOKING FOR AN EHS COORDINATOR * **Education:** Civil, Industrial, Environmental Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in safety or EHS roles in civil works or industrial projects. * Applicable **NOM\-STPS** standards for construction * **OSHA** standards (desirable) * Procedures for excavation, welding, working at heights, machinery and electrical work **Skills and Competencies** * Field leadership and decision-making * Assertive communication with contractors and operational staff * Preventive focus and regulatory compliance * Organization and planning * Work under pressure and in industrial environments * Commitment to safety culture **Functions and Responsibilities** * Develop and implement the **Workplace Safety and Health Plan** for the project according to client requirements and current regulations. * Daily supervision of field activities ensuring compliance with safety measures. * Implement and monitor **safe work programs**, **risk assessments (AST / ATS)** and **work permits**. * Conduct **inspections and audits** at work sites, machinery, scaffolding, excavations, welding and height operations. * Manage incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions by preparing corresponding reports and analyses. * Monitor and promote proper use of **personal protective equipment (PPE)**. * Participate in safety meetings with clients and contractors. * Prepare **weekly and monthly EHS performance reports** SALARY NEGOTIABLE STRUCTURAL CIVIL WORK PROJECT \- 2 MONTHS Job type: Temporary or fixed-term Contract duration: 2 months Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $26,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
