




Manage the personnel recruitment and selection process. Execute the onboarding process for new employees. Manage labor matters, contracts, and regulatory compliance (IMMS, INFONAVIT, STPS). Serve as the point of contact for resolving employee needs. Manage payroll in coordination with management.
