




Job Summary: Analyze, establish, and improve production processes, leading line balancing, managing technical documentation, and supporting the implementation of quality and efficiency systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and update work instructions, methods, and process sheets 2. Analyze losses using MODAPTS, 3M, and SPW tools 3. Lead line balancing and productivity improvements Create and update work instructions, methods, and process sheets in AMPS and SWI systems, complying with SPW standards and MQAS system requirements (PS, MQGR). Analyze losses through time and motion studies (MODAPTS), operation analysis using 3M (Muri, Muda, Mura), and SPW tools, generating operational efficiency charts. Establish line speeds and define operation modulation. Analyze and lead line balancing and process changes resulting from productivity improvements (NVAA, UB), engineering changes, volume/mix changes, bottlenecks (using FIS/data collection systems), quality or safety issues, in collaboration with other departments. Control and update personnel allocation to meet department staffing plans, conducting periodic reviews. Provide/replace/modify process fixtures (templates, error-proofing devices) and production support tools, continuously improving them and maintaining documented control, generating and tracking requisitions and/or work orders. Comply with MQAS requirements, follow up on corporate audits (MQGR, ME), and implement corrective actions to close non-conformities. Additionally, support the implementation of ISO14000 systems and initiatives adopted by the company. Support the implementation and advancement of SPW domains to fulfill the route map. Basic Requirements Spoken and written English (preferably verifiable with 70% or TOEFL 80/120\) Proficient in PC and Office applications Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, and Layouts. Desirable Qualifications Preferably an Industrial Engineer. Master's degree preferred
