Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain.**Job Responsibilities:** ### **Position Objective:** **Coordinate and execute activities related to functional and vibration testing on assembly line test benches, improve and maintain the company's key performance indicators such as FTQ and EOL Availability.** **Knowledge Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of GD\&T * Fundamentals of rotating systems, differentials, axles, and bearings. * Knowledge of LPA audits and Error / Mistake-proofing. * Basic SAP proficiency. * Knowledge of Core Tools * Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Quality standards, customer-specific requirements, and applicable international standards for the area. * Conversational and written English. * Knowledge of PFMEA and control plans. **Experience Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, with responsibilities related to product quality and functional testing. **Skills Required:** * Statistical analysis * Data interpretation capability * Data-driven decision making * Complex problem solving * Strong analytical thinking * Root cause analysis * Software handling skills **Education Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field, with professional degree and license. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
