Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:** * Work together with spare parts warehouse to maintain stock levels; review and update critical spare parts * Address equipment failures in production areas * Perform timely maintenance on plant facilities * Maintain logs for critical equipment * Assign corrective actions to recurring problems (top 10\) causing downtime * Use MP9 system to track equipment failures and preventive maintenance activities * Use MP9 system to track equipment failures and preventive maintenance activities * Ensure personnel under supervision work with proper equipment and adhere to required safety standards * Manage resources provided by general management and provide necessary support so that personnel meet established safety, health, and environmental objectives and goals. Monitor and measure performance of each team member * Follow up and control procedures and instructions related to IATF\-16949/ISO 14001; actively participate in ISO 14001 related activities * Supervise technical staff Who are we looking for?
