Job Summary: Develop innovative projects integrating COBOTS and AI for predictive maintenance, optimizing processes and reducing downtime. Key Highlights: 1. Integration of COBOTS and AI for predictive maintenance. 2. Participation in innovation and technological development projects. 3. Robotic programming and AI training. **Job Description** Collaborating on innovation challenges, interacting with industry leaders, attending cross-functional networking events, and volunteering for community service activities. **Onsite Requirement:** This position requires full-time in-person attendance at a physical location. **Accountable For:** Developing projects aimed at integrating new technologies focused on COBOTS and artificial intelligence to enable more predictive maintenance—reducing downtime—and integrating COBOTS to improve processes. Participating in process data collection where COBOTS are applied and/or evaluated; tracking test, validation, and commissioning plans for COBOTS; researching systems; robotic programming. **Key Responsibilities:** \-Review active departmental projects and propose improvements. \-Track the status of each project, monitor progress, and closing dates. Participate in process data collection where COBOTS are applied or evaluated. * Track COBOT test, validation, and commissioning plans. * Program and develop AI agents for maintenance process optimization. Provide AI training to maintenance personnel. * Floor-level COBOT development and execution of the project, including scope definition, documentation, and programming. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a higher education program (semester or quarter), **Graduation Summer 2027 or later.** * Intermediate level of English proficiency. * Optional insurance coverage. **Field of Study:** Mechatronics, Robotics, Control Engineering, or related discipline. **Desired Experience and Skills:** * Proficiency with Windows tools. * Robotics. * Power BI. * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools. * PLC programming.
