Sending Purchase Orders to suppliers. Following up with suppliers for invoice submission. Registering invoices in the internal portal. Supporting payment request activities. Assisting in scheduling and executing supplier payments. Preparing dynamic reports. Verifying that supplier invoices received and payments made are properly recorded. Maintaining communication with suppliers and internal departments. Resolving incidents as they arise. Reconciling accounts with suppliers. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (graduated or intern). 2 years of experience in a similar role. Prior experience in procurement or accounts payable is desirable. System proficiency: Proficiency in **Office** (especially intermediate-level **Excel**).
