We are seeking an **Administrative Coordinator** to contribute to the growth and consolidation of our operations. **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate sector. * Knowledge of the CONTPAQi system. * Responsible and committed. * Problem-solving skills. * Receptive with a positive attitude. **Responsibilities** * Tracking and managing administrative and accounting procedures. * Recording and controlling company account inflows and outflows. * Preparation, recording, and follow-up of estimates and payments to suppliers and contractors. * Receiving, controlling, and safeguarding documentation and paperwork, organizing physical and digital files. * Filing and fulfilling obligations under Anti-Money Laundering Law. * Monthly and annual accounting closings in coordination with accounting department. * Accounts receivable (A/R) follow-up, payment disbursements, and bank reconciliations. * Support in budget preparation and administrative reporting.
