




**Responsibilities:** \- Assist in the preparation of materials and in the organization and execution of activities carried out within the area. Provide logistical support for activities, meetings, or seminars by anticipating needs or requirements such as agendas, programs, invitations, calls for participation, equipment, materials, etc. \- Know and manage institutional forms and systems required for various procedures such as: requests for office supplies, purchase requests, room and vehicle reservations, translation, financial system, management system, etc. \- Draft, review, and correct documents such as memos, letters, administrative and technical reports, minutes, tables, graphs, presentations, among others. \- Update and manage required databases or websites to provide accurate and timely information upon request. \- Handle correspondence and other departmental documents at all stages: processing, administration, control, classification, physical and digital archiving. \- Promptly answer telephone calls, receive and forward messages. \- Provide administrative support to the department team and customer service with a high level of professionalism. \- Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** \- University degree (in Administration, Accounting, or related fields). \- 6 months of experience in a similar role (administrative management, budget management, administrative purchases, contact and interaction with suppliers, customer service, organization and control of information). \- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \- Communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams). \- Knowledge of procurement systems.
