This role will focus on transactional accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, and reconciliations), while providing opportunities to assist with month-end close, reporting, and audit preparation. **Key Responsibilities** *Transactional Accounting* * Process and record accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. * Maintain accounts receivable records, prepare customer statements, and support collections follow-up. * Review employee expense reports to verify accuracy and compliance with company policies. * Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and credit card statements. * Record general ledger entries in Epicor ERP. *Month-End Close and Reporting* * Assist with monthly closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. * Support the preparation of internal reports for U.S. and Canada SG\&A entities. * Provide documentation and analysis for internal and external audits. *Processes and Regulatory Compliance* * Ensure transactions comply with internal controls, accounting policies, and company procedures. * Maintain organized financial records and support the finance manager on ad-hoc projects. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in accounting processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 0 to 3 years of accounting experience. *Recent graduates welcome!* * Knowledge of basic accounting principles (familiarity with GAAP/IFRS is a plus). * Strong Excel skills; experience with Epicor ERP or other ERP systems is a plus. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. * Strong communication skills; proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. **What We Offer** * Hands-on accounting experience in operations across Mexico, the United States, and Canada. * Training and mentorship from experienced financial professionals. * Growth opportunities into senior accountant or analyst roles. * A collaborative and international work environment. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday; 7:30am to 5:30pm * Friday; 7am to 3pm Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site
