Position Objective: Build a team of Relationship Portfolio Managers, trained, motivated, enabled, and integrated, ensuring retention through leadership to maximize recovery of the assigned portfolio by offering solutions and payment alternatives to debtors, focusing on collecting current periods to prevent portfolio rollover. Responsibilities: * Select and integrate the best candidates to perform the functions of Relationship Portfolio Manager. * Ensure that the Relationship Portfolio Manager knows the process of Key Tasks. * Ensure knowledge and mastery of the tools and alternatives that enable their team to recover the assigned portfolio. * Train and develop their Relationship Portfolio Managers to recover the maximum amount in the shortest possible time. * Motivate team members through leadership to retain them and promote longevity. * Evaluate performance and provide feedback to their Relationship Portfolio Managers.
