We seek responsible and committed individuals to join us as **Field Staff Drivers**, a fully operational role where your work is visible and impactful at every event. There is no fixed office: work takes place in the field, on routes, during setups, and in real-time operations. What will you do? * Operational work in the field. * Loading and unloading of equipment and materials. * Event setup and teardown. * Direct logistical support during events. * Transportation, delivery, and retrieval of materials. * Care of equipment, tools, and vehicles. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in warehouses and vehicles. * Consistent use of safety equipment. This is an **active and dynamic** role, ideal for individuals who enjoy movement, on-the-job learning, and being part of the team that makes every event possible. Schedule * Monday to Sunday. * One day off per week. * Flexible hours according to operational needs and event schedules. Salary and Payment Structure * Fixed salary. * Additional payment for each setup and teardown, separate from the base salary. * Additional income depends on the number of events you participate in.
