**Inventory Analyst** **Job Description** **Position Objective:** Ensure a reliable, up-to-date inventory aligned with the company's operational needs. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (completed or in progress). **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in inventory control or analysis, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Data analysis and interpretation of inventory indicators. * Proficient in Excel (intermediate level). * Familiarity with Office tools and/or G\-Suite. * Knowledge of Good Storage Practices. * Attention to detail, organization, and results-oriented. * Analytical thinking. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Continuous improvement orientation. **Shift rotation availability:** Monday to Friday rotating shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct inventory analyses and reconciliations. * Perform cycle counts and manage daily stock operations. * Identify discrepancies or shortages and promptly report to the Procurement department. * Design and implement procedures to optimize inventory management. * Schedule and coordinate physical inventory counts. * Support activities as required by Management or Directors.
