




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to record incidents, calculate and stamp payroll, manage tax and social security obligations, and support internal audits and administrative personnel control. Manage tax and social security obligations We are looking for a **Payroll Assistant** Responsibilities * Record and update personnel incidents (hires, terminations, leaves of absence, disabilities, vacations, overtime, etc.). * Calculate weekly payroll in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and individual/collective employment contracts. * Perform payroll CFDI stamping and cancellation. * Calculate and file tax and social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SUA). * Review and reconcile payroll reports against accounting records. * Prepare payment disbursements and coordinate with the treasury department. * Prepare personnel reports and statistics for management and audits. * Support internal and external audit activities. * Maintain up-to-date employee files and the payroll database. * Collaborate with Human Resources on incident tracking and administrative personnel control. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (graduated or internship candidate). * Experience: Minimum 1 year calculating payroll and administering personnel. * Knowledge: * Labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and payroll systems (CONTPAQi, Nomipaq, or similar preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters).
