**Route Planner** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or economics/administrative fields. * Experience: 1 year in logistics and distribution. * Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry (desirable). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Route planning, logistics, and transportation. * Customer attention and service. * Warehousing, logistics, and distribution processes. * BPA and BPD. * SAP system proficiency (mandatory). * ISO 9001-2025. * Proficiency in geographic information systems (GIS) tools and/or platforms. * Work quality. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and verifying orders to identify and classify shipment methods according to business models: purchase-sale transactions, ambient-temperature services, and cold-chain services. * Receiving documents according to order shipment-method classifications. * Tracking orders confirmed by Supply Chain (SC) for distribution. * Assigning orders for courier shipment to ensure delivery-time efficiency. * Designing routes to ensure efficiency and adherence to established delivery-time criteria, thereby guaranteeing satisfactory deliveries. * Collecting information required to request transport units, taking into account delivery-time specifics, departmental requirements, and analytical needs for route or courier planning. **We Offer:** * Salary: $14,000–$15,000 gross per month. * Meal vouchers: 7% of salary. * Savings fund: 7% of salary. * Statutory benefits. * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract.
