Administer and support internal systems (ERP, GPS, operational platforms) **MARSACOT METEPEC INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS EXCELLENT TEAM.** **OBJECTIVE:** To analyze, integrate, and transform operational and administrative data into strategic information for decision-making by designing indicators (KPIs), automating reports, administering systems, and continuously improving the organization's information processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (operational, financial, logistical). * Analyze information to identify trends, deviations, and areas of opportunity. * Generate executive and operational reports for decision-making. * Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring. * Evaluate goal achievement and generate deviation alerts. **Systems and Automation** * Administer and support internal systems (ERP, GPS, operational platforms). * Automate reporting using tools such as Advanced Excel, macros, Power BI, or similar. * Integrate databases and optimize information flows. * Coordinate system improvements or developments with system vendors. * Standardize data capture, storage, and usage processes. * Ensure data integrity, reliability, and availability. * Document processes and create user manuals for systems and indicators. **Continuous Improvement** * Propose operational process improvements based on data analysis. * Implement optimization models (costs, routes, time, resources). * Support strategic decision-making through predictive analytics (desirable). * Cross-Departmental Support * Fulfill information requests from various departments (operations, finance, HR). * Train users on tool and report usage. * Translate operational needs into technological solutions. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. **Experience** * 1–3 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or systems. * Experience handling large volumes of information. * Experience generating reports and dashboards. **Technical Skills** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) * BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) * Databases (SQL, desirable) * ERP / CRM / GPS system experience (desirable) * Basic statistics and data analysis * Process automation * Knowledge of operational and financial indicators Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,900.00 – $4,000.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
