Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Security Guard with experience in private security for operational staff administration, customer interaction, and service supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational staff administration and direct customer interaction. 2. Supervision of assigned services with a sense of urgency. 3. Required Profile: Main Responsibilities: • Operational staff administration (Security Guards and Security Inspectors). • Direct customer interaction • Staff coverage • Supervision of assigned services Requirements: • Completed high school diploma (minimum) • Experience managing a team of 100 guards • Complete original documentation • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience • Knowledge and experience in private security REQUIRED • Airport-related knowledge (DESIRABLE) • CCTV knowledge (DESIRABLE) • Industrial security knowledge • Sense of urgency • Valid driver's license issued by the State of Mexico (EDOMEX) Salary: $15,000.00 net monthly.
