We require: FACILITY MANAGER · Completed degree in any engineering discipline or Architecture Experience: 3 years as Facility Manager or General Services Manager for multinational or corporate companies. Supervision and administration of services. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance administration Budget management. Ensure contracted client services are delivered on time and as specified. Work reporting. Customer complaint follow-up. In-depth knowledge of cost and expense management, budgeting, and business profitability. KPI management. Maintain monthly customer satisfaction KPIs. Conduct regular meetings and site walkthroughs with the client to ensure service quality. Financial review and monitoring—including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget control, and expense tracking. Personal skills: service-oriented attitude, strong analytical ability, and customer focus. · Monthly salary: MXN $25,000 gross, 6% food vouchers, statutory benefits.
