**Position Objective:** Ensure that all equipment is properly set up to meet the printing schedule for fabric batches according to technical specifications and production plan, verifying that all established operating conditions are met. Requirements: Education: * Industrial, textile engineering or related field Experience: * 2 years in printing areas Main Responsibilities: * Receive fabric batches from the warehouse for printing according to the production sequence. * Coordinate with the printing operator the reproduction of the sample for production. * Ensure compliance with printing machine conditions and scheduling. * Guarantee printing quality according to the approved sample. * Supervise assigned personnel **Required Knowledge** * Fabric weaving and dyeing processes * Knowledge of textile fibers * Measurement of fabric weight, width and density * Defect identification * Colorimetry * Quality management and continuous improvement systems * Knowledge of yarns and spinning processes **Skills** : * Analytical thinking. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Results orientation.
