Skills, Knowledge, and Experience** * You are a university engineering student with at least 12 months remaining to complete your degree. * You are pursuing studies in Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. * You have an English proficiency level sufficient for basic communication. * You have experience reading and interpreting metal-mechanical and composite manufacturing and assembly drawings. * You possess knowledge of CATIA, SolidWorks, or another mechanical design software (2D, CAD/CAM). * You are familiar with office productivity software, Power BI, ERP (SAP), and programming (desirable). * You have knowledge of continuous improvement tools and manufacturing process improvement. * You are available to work on-site for at least 6 hours per day.
