Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Quality Engineer to supervise and ensure quality, manage documentation and construction processes, and train personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality supervision and assurance on site and in the laboratory 2. Document control and tracking of construction processes 3. Staff training on quality and safety topics GRUPO BAM STEEL MÉXICO, WITH OVER 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, IS SEEKING: **SITE QUALITY ENGINEER** **SCOPE/MAIN FUNCTIONS** * Quality supervision and assurance on site and in the laboratory. * Document control and tracking of construction processes. * Control, tracking, and archiving of material certificates and quality standards. * Tracking of execution plans. * Staff training for quality, safety, and hygiene awareness. * Design and implementation of KPI control dashboards. * Tracking and resolution of deviations. * CAPA system administration and control. * Review, feedback, submission, and tracking of reports. * Ability to deliver 5-minute quality talks. **REQUIREMENTS** * Relevant engineering degree (degree certificate and professional license) * Willingness to travel * Experience in construction projects * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2018 * Experience managing Quality Files * Knowledge of and ability to implement the 5S methodology * Application of BPDs and BPMs. **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary based on experience * Weekly payment * Flexible working hours * Uniforms Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send their CV to marlen.rh@grupobamsteel.mx Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation allowance or service * Flexible working hours Workplace: On-site employment
