Manufacturing and Furniture Design Company seeks: **PAYROLL ANALYST** ✴POSITION OBJECTIVE: Accurately and promptly manage and execute weekly and biweekly payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax and social security obligations, as well as efficient use of technological tools and government platforms. ✴REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in COMPAQi Payroll. * Knowledge and management of platforms: * IMSS * INFONAVIT * REPSE * SIROC * Calculation and withholding of ISR. * Experience handling weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Knowledge of current labor and tax legislation. * Desired experience in manufacturing or construction sector companies. ✴SOFT SKILLS: * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. * Organization and time management. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Teamwork and effective communication. ✴EDUCATION: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. ✴WE OFFER: * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits. * Professional development opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
