The candidate will be responsible for the unit’s overall operation, ensuring achievement of sales, quality, and operational efficiency targets. Main Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations. Lead, train, and evaluate staff. Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory, costs, and shrinkage. Achieve sales and profitability goals. Monitor operational and financial KPIs. Guarantee hygiene and safety standards. Address and resolve customer incidents. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in restaurants or the food industry. Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills. Results-oriented approach and customer service focus. Flexible availability. Mandatory: Letters of recommendation or employment certifications.
