Learning opportunities in a high professional value-added area Position Objective We seek a proactive, team-oriented candidate to join the Systems Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity for users by delivering technical solutions with a strong service orientation and collaborative spirit. Main Responsibilities * Level 1 Support: Initial response to incidents and resolution of basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Level 2 Support: Diagnosis and resolution of complex on-site or remote issues requiring specialized technical intervention. * Asset Management: Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, peripherals, and mobile devices. * Network Configuration: Basic support in managing local networks (LAN/WLAN) and user connectivity. * Documentation: Accurate recording of solutions. * Collaboration: Active participation in infrastructure-related projects and internal process improvements. Required Profile * Experience: 2–3 years of verifiable experience in L1 and L2 technical support. * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field (student or graduate). * Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Windows environments (10/11) and Microsoft 365 suite. o Knowledge of Active Directory and user management. o Experience configuring hardware (laptops, desktops, printers). o Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, structured cabling, access points). * Soft Skills: o Excellent assertive communication. o Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist other team members. o Analytical ability and problem-solving skills under pressure. o Self-management and organizational skills.
