




**Job Description** We are seeking an organized and proactive **Assistant** to support administrative activities, ensuring the proper functioning of internal processes and efficient service to stakeholders. **Main Responsibilities** * Management and filing of physical and digital documents. * Telephone and email communication. * Preparation of reports, official letters, and presentations. * Support for Querétaro Digital activation activities (Events). * Coordination with other departments to track administrative tasks. * Assistance to Executive Management. **Requirements** * Minimum education level: High School Diploma / Technical Degree / Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree (Administration or related field). * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. * English language proficiency preferred. **Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Digital literacy. * Ability to work under pressure. * Service-oriented attitude. * Teamwork. * Driver’s license (preferred). **We Offer** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. * Salary: MXN 14,500 per month. * Payment scheme: Honorarium-based. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
