**POSITION:** Maintenance Crew Supervisor **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for coordinating maintenance tasks at branches visited nationwide during the assigned route, ensuring store operations and aesthetics **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assign tasks to supervised personnel * Supervise quality of completed work * Purchase materials * Manage petty cash during the route * Submit daily reports of completed work and expense invoices **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience: 1 to 3 years as a foreman, overseer, site leader or crew chief * Education: Minimum of secondary school * Availability to travel **KNOWLEDGE:** * Finishes, electricity, hydraulics, sanitation, drywall, metalwork, masonry, plumbing, painting, waterproofing, etc. * Ability to drive automobile on highways (with license) **SKILLS:** * Teamwork * Work under pressure * Service attitude * Honesty * Responsibility **WORK SCHEDULE:** 6 weeks on route, night shifts from 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Monday through Sunday; upon return from route, 6 days of rest are paid **LOCATION:** INTERLOMAS, route start point (work throughout the country interior) **SALARY:** $15,000 (Net), must bring own tools Type of position: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work schedule type: * Includes weekends * Night shift Type of position: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible hours Work location: On the road
