* Conduct random quality checks on completed work.
* Plan and establish optimal equipment with all necessary technical systems and auxiliary tools.
* Plan and establish optimal staffing levels.
* Ensure that technical documentation for the Body and Paint Shop is complete and up to date.
* Ensure maintenance, order, and cleanliness in the Body and Paint area; monitor the operational status of facilities.
* Comply with legal regulations and requirements from state, federal, and VWM authorities.
