**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operational and financial management of a branch dedicated to disbursing and collecting individual loans from established businesses. * Team Leadership: opening of a branch with at least 4 Advisors under supervision. Direct training of Advisors. * Loan Disbursement * Collections * Responsible for all financial resources of the branch (disbursements, cash counts, and reporting). * Audits * Use of motorcycle for transportation.
